All orders are processed withinΒ  7–15 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Malta: 7–15 business days
  • Gozo: 7 –15 business days
  • Europe (if applicable): 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
